Biden Declares Terrorist Emergency on Day of Second Trump Assassination
Written by Chriss Street
The Biden-Harris Administration that regularly refers to former President Trump as a terrorist, issued Proclamation 7463 on September 15, 2024 that declared the existence of a “National Emergency by Reason of Certain Terrorist Attacks.” Later that day, 58-year-old Ryan Routh of Hawaii armed with scoped AK-47 tried to assassinate Trump.
Proclamation 7463 was written by Republican Vice President Dick Cheney. Presidents of both parties over the last twenty-three years have routinely extended the temporary powers, including four times by President Donald Trump.
President Biden following the January 6, 2020 election protest, claimed the participants were “a riotous mob, insurrectionists, and domestic terrorists.” Biden knew by using that specific language, he was invoking Proclamation 7463 signed by President George W. Bush following September 11, 2021 Al-Qaeda attacks that temporarily empowers the President with over 400 additional ”time of war” powers that allowssuspending citizen’s rights and militarization of federal law enforcement to defeat an imminent terrorist threat.
Biden regularly disparaged Trump as threat and ran a $50 million television campaign in across the election battlegroundstates in May that slurred Trump as: “convicted of 34 felonies, found liable for sexual assault and he committed financial fraud.”
In the run-up to the disastrous June 27 first presidential debatethat ended Biden’s reelection effort, his campaign spokesman Michael Tyler told a press conference that Trump “will do anything and harm anyone if it means more power and vengeance for Donald Trump” and “His entire campaign is an exercise in revenge and retribution.”
The Secret Service investigation following the July 13 assassination attempt on Donald Trump that left two people critically injured and one person dead at a Pennsylvania campaign rally, found the protection detail was understaffed and agents did not instruct local police to secure the roof used by the gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks.
Furthermore, agents tasked with securing the rally discussed using heavy equipment and flags to block the line of sight to the event stage from the building used by Crooks, but supervisors found these measures were not deployed successfully.
Despite the assassins’ miraculous near miss, Vice President Kamala Harris on July 22, 2024 launched her Presidential campaign with an incendiary personal attack on Donald Trump and vowed to win in November. Standing with a number of top leaders of the Democratic Party, Harris lashed out at Trump as a “predator and a cheater.”
The Democrat’s vitriol against Trump and MAGA supporters continued as President Biden signed the latest National Emergency by Reason of Certain Terrorist Attacks extensionwhen he inflammatorily stated that the Trump threat “continues.”
The second assassination attempt against Trump took place at Trump’s golf course in Palm Springs, Florida. The shooter Ryan Routh was able to get within 300 to 500 yards of Trump. Secret Service officers did open-up on Routh first, but only after they noticed the mussel of his gun poking through. Routh appears to have taken several shots.
The shooter was able to flee the scene in a black SUV. He may have escaped, but a local individual took cell phone images of the shooter with his weapon, plus the license plate on the get-a-way car. An Ak-47 backpack with a GoPro camera were recovered.
The White House was quick to express their “relief” that Trump was not hit, but MSNBC quickly demanding that the Trump campaign tone down its assassination rhetoric.
The proclamation allows for the suspension of certain civil rights. Will this empower the Harris-Biden administration to go after innocent conservatives? After all, Harris, Biden, Garland, other Demonrats and the lamestream media have been referring to conservatives as “domestic terrorists.”
The golf course is in Palm Beach, Florida. (Not Palm Springs)
