After the 100 most expensive zip codes in the U.S. suffered widespread price contractions in 2023, PropertyShark found that 67% of the countryâs most exclusive zip codes saw prices rise and multiple locations set new pricing records.
Californiaâs 5-mile wide coastal strip from San Francisco down to San Diego convincingly dominated the luxury rankings with 66 of Americaâs most affluent zip codes, including  Silicon Valleyâs Atherton that ranked number one with an average home sale closing price of $7.9 million.

Diddy, and the rumored soon to be new digs for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky came in fourth place.
